Sinus medicine recommendations plz

Hi all,

I woke up this morning with terrible sinus issues and can't find my "safe medicines" list...can you suggest what is ok to take for sinus headaches and nasal congestions?

I've been fighting sinus/cough for the past 2 weeks.  The only thing my doctor approved was plain Sudafed and plain Robitussin.  You can also take Tylenol with both.  Take it easy, drink lots of water, and sleep!  Hope you feel better soon!

Best thing you can do for sinus issues is use saline nose spray a bunch.  It will really help the longer you use it.

My OB recommended plain Sudafed. They only have it behind the pharmacy counter. Also a sinus rinse or neti pot helps.

My OB said only netti pot, saline nose spray and baby vicks. I'm dying here!

Afrin nasal spray is on my safe list and it worked wonders for me last week when I was battling a sinus infection!
