Odd PP food/drink allergy

One of my favorite beers is Blue Moon. Last Friday MH and I went to dinner and I ordered one. I got two sips in and I felt really hot, starting sweating, and my face went flush. It went away after a few mins and I gave my beer to the hubby to finish. We thought it was weird but didn't think too much of it. Yesterday MH brings home some Blue Moon "seasonal" beer- my body had the same reaction about 2 sips in. I've had other beers PP (including other wheat beers) and I've been fine. I also have no reaction when I drink OJ, so it's not citrus. Pre-pregnancy I would enjoy a Blue Moon often with no reaction. I can only assume it's hormone related? Has anyone else noticed food or drink allergies PP? I hope it goes away. I love Blue Moon!

I had really bad reactions to pears and oranges when I was pregnant with DD. I still can't eat them without having a severe reaction, and this is 5 years later.

I also became gluten intolerant, dairy intolerant, allergic to all fruits but berries and bananas, and allergic to a whole host of vegetables, especially leafy greens. I have no idea what the hell happened after I had DD, but this has all been going on for 5 years. I don't know what triggered such an immune response to these foods but it sucks. I was hoping DS' pregnancy would reverse some of these issues, but I've been too scared to try.

I have had doctors tell me that sometimes weird stuff happens to your body after pregnancy and they don't really know why.

I'd stay away from the Blue Moon for a while. Allergic reactions tend to get worse with each exposure and you don't want to end up in the ER (I've had to make a few trips.....). It may or may not be a permanent reaction.
