Gearing Up to "O" and then delay due to stress?
Hello,
My husband and I have been trying to conceive our first for a few months. I had a + OPK on Saturday, and again on Sunday and then a temp spike on Sunday as well. If that wasn't confusing enough, the following 3 days my temp dropped like a rock and just yesterday (and today) shot back up again. I was under alot of stress over the past week due to having to fill in for another colleage who just got promoted and left their position (and I wasn't sleeping very well) and the stress has just subsided the last two days. My OPK's have been negative all week. Would my OPK have been + again if I was to "O" later in the week? Not sure what happened. If anyone out there has any experience with these inconsistent signs, please let me know what you think. Thanks so much!

My Ovulation Chart
I am NOT much of a chart expert- but I was staring at yours for a while trying to figure it out. -
I guess if it were me, I would have to see if my temps stay up or not, and then determine if maybe you O'd on CD 15/16? - which would make sense, if you caught your LH surge with the + OPK and then ovulated 24-48 hours later.
