Can someone diagnose me? :)

I had my annual pap on Tuesday. I had some mild cramping that evening and during the day Wednesday- normal. Now I am having cramps (not like menstrual cramps, more like a muscle cramp or ache) on both sides of my lower abdomen/pelvis and kind of on my back. Anyone else ever had that? I don't know if it is related to the exam or something else. I think I am ovulating, which sometimes gives me a little side pain, but not like this. I don't know...I was just curious if anyone else had experienced this. TIA for any help you can offer.

Hmm. Could be a weird ovulation cycle. I know I've gotten random RLP during ovulation and my period lately. It's super fun.

This is kind of what I am thinking. I have had to worst baby fever EVER for the past few days. I think my body has just kicked into high gear for some reason. I hope it passes soon. I have been a hormonal, crazy mess. Thanks!

I've been getting that EVERY time I ovulate now- since getting my IUD and regaining AF anyways. It's really quite horribly painful sometimes!!

I went to my Dr b/c I thought maybe my IUD was out of place- they couldn't find the strings but it was ok on ultrasound. Don't know if that helps or not! It seems to be a little better with each cycle- have you recently regained AF/ fertility??

I have no idea either, but maybe RLP mixed with some dehydration? That could cause some more intense cramps.

It is so funny, I forgot about RLP until this post. Amnesia is the only reason people have multiple children, huh?

How strange! I think that is definitely what it was. I was pretty miserable last night. I feel much better today. My AF came back in November. I swear my body is just in reproductive high gear. Thanks for everyone's help!
