Random tooth question

H has 4 teeth up top, the two center ones have been broken through and visible for months now (one came in October, the other in November). But it is taking them foreeeeever to come in all the way, and they're still not fully in. Is that normal? Her other top teeth seem like they've come in further than the front ones have, which seems odd.

My LO is a very slow teether too. We will see signs of it getting ready to peek through and it won't come all the way through for a month or so.

So strange. It's like they came halfway in and then just stopped. Guess I'll be asking about it at her 15 mo appt if they don't finish coming in by then!
