RE: Epidurals and fever (since we talked about this)

    Hmm, I ran a fever with my epi, but I didn't experience any of the side effects mentioned (weak, need ventilation, low Apgar scores, early-onset seizures).  Perhaps I was just lucky?

    G didn't experience any of the effects either.

  • My epidural just made me itchy as as it wore off. Same thing happened to my sister. Otherwise, there were no side effects for me or C.

    Same here and I got my epidural early. I pretty much got admitted, had 2 contractions and asked for drugs, lol. J was fine, apgars were 9 & 9, no need for a vent or anything.
