When I told my midwife I've been taking psyllium for constipation, she said she thinks its better to take linseed. She said she heard something about psyllium being bad during pregnancy. I like the psyllium I have because its in pill form and the linseed is in powder and I have to drink it. What do you guys think?
We have psyllium in a powder form and I decided not to take it because it has licorice root in it which studies have shown to reduce baby's IQ if taken during pregnancy. I don't know about the pill form, but it is still not recommended. I think the main reason being it's not been tested, yet. So it may still be fine.

It's on this list of "possibly safe" herbs to take: https://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/naturalherbsvitamins.html
Personally, I wouldn't risk it if there is an alternative. But, I still think it would be pretty safe if you decide you want to.
