Either you'll go back to normal (more or less) on your own, or you need physiotherapy or surgery. No product is really going to influence that. Some women find the support comfortable (most c-sections), but I definitely didn't want to be constricted.
I had a c-section so I probably have a different perspective. I was given a compression garment in the hospital and I still wear compression for working out. I am 20 weeks PP. I haven't used the mother tucker, but I have heard good things about it. I agree it will not help you get back to normal, but the support helped me heal.
