Question about movement day after NST

So I've noticed with the past few weeks that on Monday at my NST the babies are very active, and then Tues/Wed/Thurs they aren't very active... did anyone else notice that?

    a week ago i started wearing a pregnancy support belt daily....i swear the babies kick more when im wearing it.

    mine hated nst and would put up quite a fight kicking the monitors. the next day they would be worn out i guess because there was very little movement which freaked me out at first but it became a pattern which put my mind at ease
