I know that many of you don't agree with having a shower for a second child. My DS is 8 and my family was very upset about my pregnancy so they didn't throw me a shower or come to the one I had. (I was 23 but wasn't married and the dad was/is a loser.)
I didn't bring up the idea of a shower with this pregnancy, but am now going to have three! My best friend, that I also work with, is throwing me a shower at work; my sister is hosting one; and my sister-in-law just asked to host one for my DH's side of the family, including a few friends.
Just had to share my excitement. I was all alone my first pregnancy and it's so nice to have people excited for our new LO.
