feel yuck at work

So I was lucky not to have morning sickness, but lately with all the dr appts and DD being sick too I don't think i've worked a full 40hr week. I'm a salary girl so it doesn't really matter as far as money goes but i've always been an over 40, not under... I feel crappy for that, my boss is great, it's just my work ethic. BUT I feel like $&*@ today (upset stomach BAD) and really feel like I need to go home, but ugh I just can't get myself to leave again :-/

I know what you mean.  I have been feeling bad lately (maybe to make up for not having MS).  I've been trying to make up my time by having short lunches.  I'm trying to make to 39 weeks so then I can just take off that last week.  I hope it gets better for you!!
