Since so many people responded to my survey the other day I thought we could do like a question of the week post.

Today's question...

Have you ever met a famous person and who was it! If there are pictures...even better

I went to junior high and high school with Andy Dalton. We were in the same graduating class and had a couple of classes together. He was a really nice guy. Also, when I was pregnant and shopping in Houston I saw the couple from the show the little couple. Apparently the shopping center I was at is frequented by them a lot.

I went to college in NYC and would go see shows all the time so I met a few ppl waiting outside the stage door. Some ppl include Lorraine Braco (Sopranos) Richard Dryfus and Kristin Chenowith (Glee)

Then 2 summers ago I was flying to CO for a friends wedding and I noticed that The country band Gloriana was on my flight, well it turns out I was seated in between the two males band members. I was so excited/nervous and I hate flying that when we started to land I threw up on myself. You never saw two ppl try to escape a plane so fast. A few days after the flight, they posted on their twitter that they almost got thrown up on.

I met Ryan Gosling and Sandra Bullock when he was in town filming 'The Notebook'. They were at the bar that we were hanging out at - unfortunately there were no pictures taken, but they were both very nice.

I also met Woody Harrelson at a bar in Lexington, KY when he was in town for his hemp trial. It was funny because people heard he was downstairs and they all went running down there while we just stayed at our table on the top deck. All of a sudden he came up the back steps with his group of people and our table was the only group up there. He came over and talked to everyone and was pretty cool.

I've met Verne Troyer (Mini Me), Shaq, Jack Nicholson (when the Pistons were playing the Lakers in the playoffs), and Kid Rock (he offered to drive me home in his limo because I was sick at work, he told my boss to let me go home, I worked at the Palace where the Pistons play). I've met many bands because my friend did interviews; Muse, Keene, Kiss, Bon Jovi, Mick Jagger. I have pictures of some of these but I'm not sure where they are, I'll look for them.

I used to bartend in Boston across from Fenway park and waited on several athletes and D list celebs. I have a great pic of Randy Jackson and I at a concert I need to locate and post. I've met him several times and he's so nice! I eat at Nobu Dallas two times a yr and there is always a celeb sighting and we usually get to talk to them from an adjacent table or valet line. I feel so awkward approaching them. I've had drinks w/ Vanilla Ice and partied w/ Jon Lovitz at Mardi Gras in the early 2000's. Actually, he even has my boobs on camera. *hangs head in shame* No A list celeb encounters.

I've met Matthew McConaughey and Salma Hayek. They came in to see a movie at a theater I worked at when I was in college. They got popcorn and water. I kept my cool but me and another girl squealed with excitement when they went into the movie.

My husband and I also saw Angelina from Jersey Shore when we were checking our baggage in Las Vegas. She looked like a hot mess.

All in one weekend in NYC I saw the Dali Lama outside his hotel, John Lithgow reading a book to a bunch of kids for some promotion and walked smack into Keanu Reeves on 5th avenue. I also took Jack to see Lisa Loeb sing her kids songs and we have a picture of me and Jack and Lisa. Gail Kings kids went to the summer camp I worked at as well.

I regularly run into the Kody, Christine, and Robyn from the TLC show Sister Wives. They live in a neighbor hood close to mine and we shop in the same areas.

Yours is better then mine! I cannot believe all the celebs everyone has run into. Maybe I need to get out more

I was best-best friends with a really famous male writer/filmmaker (like one of the few writers who gets stopped on the street for autographs and pics kind of famous) until his wife thought we were having an affair and went crazypants on us :-( She even "made" him take his review of my book off his website.

Alex Van Halen once stepped over me when I was making out with his manager on the floor at a party. Oops. (Ahhh...the good, ol' days :-)

I met all of the Democratic candidates for President in 2004 plus Hillary Clinton because I was working on a Presidential campaign.

Most of my friends are "writer famous." That's what we call it when people know you're a writer, but you "don't get mobbed at the grocery store."

I met Bob Dole when he came to my college. I also went to college with Jason Earles (Jackson from Hannah Montana). We were both theatre majors, in a school that only had 6 theatre majors. We had lots of classes together and did every play together for 4.5 years. I also met Johnathan Hillstrand from Deadliest Catch at an indoor football game.

I usually lurk on here but I this is a fun question so I wanted to reply! I've met Kate Hudson (who looked very gross when I saw her- like hadn't showered in days kind of gross- but very nice), Goldie Hawn, Liv Tyler (absofreakinlutely gorgeous), Sylvester Stallone (clearly has taken one too many doses of steroids...), Nicolas Cage, Mark Blucas, Susan Sarandon and her daughter, Eva Martino. They've all come in to the jewelry store that I used to work at. It made it fun to come to work!

One of my best gal pals is cousins with Alex Smith's wife, Liz. (Alex is QB for the 49ers). Her sister's wedding was coming up and she didn't have a date, so she asked me to go with her. We sat at their same table, but when Kelly introduced me to Alex she said "this is my girlfriend Stephanie." And instead of saying "hello, nice to meet you" like a NORMAL person, I said "I am not a lesbian."

I think that has been my only celebrity encounter...with good reason. I clearly can't hang.

haha. Don't worry, the only reason I talked to the first celebrity is b/c he was not famous yet. When I saw the people from the little couple I got all giddy and ran to the store to tell my mom. I was about 8 months pregnant at the time so I looked like a crazy person running. I didn't say anything to them, but I am sure it would have been word vomit if I had

When I worked at Toys R Us I met Jon Gruden (gorgeous eyes and really nice), John Madden, Kristi Yamaguchi and some assorted Raiders, 49ers and Warriors. I was told by another coworker that MC Hammer came in once as well.
