can you all send me some HR dust? ?I posted 2 weeks ago about my school district only letting me use 8 weeks of sick time since the "average postpartum recovery time is 6-8 weeks" even though I have more than 40 days.?

I saw the doc today for a standard appt and asked if there was anything she could do. ?She went with me to talk to the paperwork lady who is going to write me a note saying that I should be on leave through April 24th. ?That will let me take 12 weeks and get paid using all of my sick time, only 3 days unpaid.

So send that HR dust that this is accepted and I can take all my sick time!!?

Oooohh... good luck! That should work. My HR dept needs to get a doctor's note before they can let me return to work after delivery. I'm sure you'll get the 12 weeks off! That's great!
