    the shittiest one yet! so yeah--we countered but haven't heard a thing. the offer was downright insulting!! ?I was ready to spit! LOL!

    Ugh...that sux!  Ours was insulting and if you had asked 6 months ago if we EVER would have sold for this price, we would have said HELL NO!  But, we did!  Hopefully they accept, or at least counter back somewhere in between.  I was just so happy to get the offer, I was not going to let it fall apart!  Keep me posted, hope you hear something soon!  It would be great to get it sold before the holidays, and the election!! :)
