Temp question... need opinions!

This weekend DH and I went out with friends where we grew up. He was drinking and I was too tired to drive home so we stayed at my moms house. Knowing that Sunday was probably 3DPO I was kinda freaking out about not having my thermometer with me. I used a regular non digital one--- should I count that temp?

 Then this morning my thermometer was being wacky. It does a beep ever few seconds when the thermometer is reading and then a rapid beepbeepbeep when it's done. The first two times I temped it never did the rapid beep. The readings were wacky- 97.3 and 97.1. Then i reset it and got 97.7. I just changed the battery so i know it's not that. What temp would you use?  

Oh and on a side note- im really bummed it's monday

I would chart it but note on there it wasn't your normal thermometer and even chart the wacky temps. Just so you have a paper trail just in case you need to refer back to it for whatever reason.
