sleep issues in 7 week old...help please :-/

For the past week and a half or so, my ds has been sleeping like this:

"To bed" around 7 or 8 (which is hard to distinguish from napping at this point??). Wakes around 11 or 12 to eat- so a good stretch, and finished a 4.5 oz bottle.  Wakes around 2/2:30, and won't finish a bottle.  Wakes around 3:30 and not really hungry...will maybe eat 1/2 oz.  Wakes every 30/45 minutes the rest of the night. 

I am at my wits end.  I don't know what to do.  He isn't waking because he is hungry, and he won't stay asleep.  We tried a paci, but he wakes up as soon as it comes out of his mouth.  He is swaddled.  I know he is too young to cry it out, but I really have no idea how to make this work. 

Does this sound like his nights/days are confused, or is this just a rough patch?  He naps for no longer than 2 hours at a time during the day. 

Any input would be great...thanks.

It sounds to me like he is maybe slept out later in the night and not really tired anymore. I would just try making sure you are getting some good interactive time between those daytime naps, he will get the picture eventually. And make sure to keep it dark and quiet at night.
