Yup, we have LO on Vitamin D drops. I don't think they need the ones with iron at this point. My husband is a pharmacist and has looked into this - he said that they shouldn't need the extra iron until they start on solid food. Of course, I guess you might want to follow whatever your pediatrician says (my husband is no expert, just someone who likes to educate himself on every possible subject lol), but LO should get what he needs from you if you are exclusively BFing.
