Please Help! BF baby refusing bottle

DS is staring daycare tomorrow and for the last week he has completely refused the bottle. He has taken it before, but now he just screams bloody murder. We've been trying and trying and he simply won't take it. Anyone have any advice? I go back to work tomorrow and I am going to be a nervous wreck knowing he is screaming his head off at the DCP and won't eat.

I have the rest of today to figure this out!

I have the rest of today to figure this out! 

Oh and we've tried three different nipple types to see if he has a preference. I'm not sure that the nipple is the problem because none seem better than the others.

Please don't worry (although I did), we had the same problem. Took bottles fine when younger than suddenly decided to reject them two weeks before daycare. Just keep offering it before you offer the breast and *be patient*. I had to let DS gum around with the nipple for several minutes before he would settle down and at least try to eat, and the dc people said he did that the first few days for them also. It took him a little while but he figured it out. The baby isn't going to starve himself!
