I graduated on Friday, but apparently I still have to go in for blood work. Shouldn't they have started weaning me off the meds before graduation? I really don't want to keep paying for the blood work!

    After I graduated, I continued my meds. But didn't have to go back for bloodwork. At that point my OB and MFM took over. I told them my RE said to take the meds until 10 weeks and they took over from there.

    2/06 - surprise pregnancy - twins
    3/06 - m/c 1st baby at 6 weeks 
    5/06 -2nd baby had no heartbeat at 14 wks.
    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

    That is odd.  I wouldn't want to keep paying either!  You've other things to save for now!!
    Stopped BCPs December 2008 TTC since June 2009 6 unsuccessful Clomid cycles Dx Annovulatory due to PCOS January 2010 DH-perfect 4 unsuccessful IUIs Began Lupron July 7 for first IVF IVF cancelled; overstimulation and coasting lead to huge drop in E2 New testing with an Endocrinologist...perhaps a new diagnosis... So, not PCOS but Hashimoto's Thyroiditis November 2010 After a looong break, started seeing a new RE. Gearing up for IVF 1.2. Beta 1=197!! BabyFruit Ticker image

    I was off all meds at 8w3d when I graduated, but most ladies seem to be monitored by their OBs after they graduate. 
    MFI and (now) AMA
    IVF 1 April 2011 - Cancelled
    IVF 1.5 July 2011 - MC
    IVF 2 October 2011 - BFP!
    *Identical Twin Boys born June 2012*
    Here we go again...IVF 3 is underway!

    Yes, I had to do this, and it was a bit of a PITA.  But I had to wean off the meds, and the doctor doesn't need to be seen for that.  So I had a couple more blood draw visits after I was already seeing my OB, and THEN I was done.

    I stopped having to do bloodwork after the beta checks. The stopped monitoring my P4 and E2 levels after ET.
