curious to know how you other 11 weekers are doing on weight gain. how much or how little have you gained? (if its not too personal)

I'm about 10.5 weeks and I've lost 4. My doctor only wants me to gain between 12-15 during the pregnancy, but I don't think she wanted me to lose weight either! eek!

I have gained 3 pounds. My dr is happy so far which is good bc he is very very strick about weight gain. I have seen women come out crying bc he said they were gaining too much weight. I think that keeping it under control is important, but I also think there are nice way of encouraging it.
