is making up for being so sucky about IF.

I just got a call from my nurse coordinator. I'm now officially enrolled in their 'prenatal program' which includes some mailings and coupons, a free copy of What to Expect, and monthy check-ins with a nurse. 

 AND, I found out from my OB that my $10 co-pay at my first appointment is the only thing we'll pay OOP, except for the co-pay for my NT and A/S (another $10 each). Because everything else is done through the hospital where MH works (and carries our insurance) it's covered 100%. 

I think this makes up for the ~$4000 OOP for IUIs.

    Our's is the same way. Makes it so much easier to be pregnant post-IVF!

    I have to pay $20 occasionally for things like NSTs ... otherwise all my maternity care is covered at no copay, no deductible.  I do have to pay $300/day for delivery.  It definitely takes some of the sting away from more than $20,000 in IVF treatments.

    My insurance covers my ultrasounds 100% which is nice.  I may have to pay up to $5000 for the delivery though because I have a $1000 deductible and then have. $4000 out of pocket maximum until i get every thing covered 100%.  I have supplemental insurance to hopefully help out with that.  So my insurance is so-so.  I also got a call from their nurse coordinator and was identified as high risk because I did ivf but I declined their services.   Something is better than nothing though so I am grateful to have insurance.

    10/27/13: Start stims (225 IUs Gonal-F + 75 IUs Menopur)
    11/03/13 - 11/05/13: Add Ganirelix to the mix
    11/06/13: 3 follicles at 18mm-- Ready to trigger!
    11/08/13: ER-- 17R, 13M, 8F
    11/13/13: 5dt-- 2 blasts (Luke and Leia) 5AB and 4AB, 1 frostie
    11/20/13- 11/23/13: light positives on FRERs and Wondofos
    11/22/13: BFN per RE office (under HCG of 10)
    11/27/13: CP ::sigh::

    *12/03/13: Follow up...great response and quality this time, was given 50% chance of it working, just didn't stick. Great plan for 2014! 

    **Jan 2014: Last IVF of our SRP**
    IVF w/ICSI, freeze all, then FET
    12/27/13: Start BCPs
    01/19/14: Stims (375 IUs Gonal-F + 75 IUs Menopur)
