AW: First word!

Finally! He has been saying things that sound like words, but never really directed at anything (so he says mamammaa, but to my husband, the tv, the dog, the wall, etc, so I never counted it)

But today, when I got home from work, my mom made a cup of coffee in the Keurig and when she showed it to him he said HOT! We have been teaching him that for so long so it's nice to hear him say it!

And then he said "Hazelnut Dark Roast." The kid's a genius I tell ya! Wink

Yay! Isn't it fun watching them grow?! It is a little sad too though. Anybody seen my snuggly little baby? I think he got eaten by this crazy toddler who moved into my house.

Awesome! Sounds like he's got his first job all lined up at Starbucks! I love the non-traditional first words! We still don't have much as far as REAL words go...she says "dog dog" (sorta) and "titty" for the kitty....that should be fun when she gets older! "I have 2 titties!" lol Oh the stories!
