Experience with nanny contracts?

Ok so I am still in the midst of trying to figure out what to do for child care for when I go back to work and we are exploring every option (center, family care, and in-home/nanny). Does anyone have any experience with writing a contract for a nanny or any words of advice? Feel free to PM me.

    I was a nanny for years and had a contract with the last family I worked for. I will see if I can find it to provide more info...

    That would be great if you can find it. Or even if you have any suggestions for things to cover both for us and for the nanny that would be helpful.
