Prepping diapers

Hello everyone.  I am brand new to CDing.  How should i prep my diapers for when baby comes.  I have some bum genius, kawaii, and pre folds.  I have one G diaper as well.  Thank you for your help

    Natural fibers like cotton, hemp and bamboo need to be washed a dried a few times before use to get rid of the natural oils. When I first started I would wash them 3-4 times but now I've just gotten impatient and just wash once and change it more often till it gets more absorbant. Other fabrics like microfiber, just wash once and its fine.

    You can also boil the natural fiber prefolds for 30 minutes and run through the washer and dryer once.  Just don't boil anything with PUL and snaps.  Those you'll have to wash a few times.  Also, don't prep natural fibers with synthetic.
