So after 3 weeks of fighting Medco, they finally shipped the Neocate that I ordered on January 6. The problem...they shipped the unflavored and DS will only drink the Vanilla. Since it is a prescription, Medco will not return it and of course Neocate will not take it back
Is anyone in need of the unflavored? I would love to trade if you have Vanilla or I'll just be happy to sell for really cheap to recoup some money.
