omg... that zucchini recipe was SO good!  and healthy too.  we froze half for later.  i'm making another batch this weekend for freezing.  thx.

Isn't it good? It freezes well. I made it with broccolli last time and my kids were not as happy but ate it. I think I am going to add some chopped steamed carrots to the zuchinni next time!

There are other recipes on the Bisquck site - the veggie impossible pies are great.
