Every once in a while I feel a little nauseous and also sometimes dizzy.

Nothing ever comes out from feeling that way.

Can morning sickness be just a feeling and not an action?

It can be. You could also have a stomach bug.

If you don't have a positive pregnancy test, it's more than likely not morning sickness. Nausea and dizziness sounds more like you may be coming down with something.

You could be anemic or have low iron. This happens to me occasionally.  If you are already taking a prenatal you can add an iron supplement to help.

To answer your question yes you can be only nauseous while pregnant without throwing up.  If you are having symptoms you are most likely far enough along that you would get a positive on an HPT.

No problem.  I get pretty bad dizzy spells so I know how you feel.  You can also eat iron rich foods like red meat and greens such as spinach to help!

It could be your diet and vitamin levels.  I get dizziness at strange times of the day and nausea too.
