workout dvd's

I know there was already a post about workout DVD's today but I was wondering if anyone has tried the Summer Sander's prenatal workout dvd's. I'm still finishing up with my P90X workouts (Dr. said it was ok) but eventually I'm going to have to cut back and this one looks kind of promising.

Never heard of that one I am doing Les Mills Body Pump that's available through beachbody.  I used to take the class at my gym and when I found out they were coming out with an at home version I had to get it.  Let me know if you want more info......I am a beach body coach and can give you my website.  It's weight training but lots of reps w/ light weight so you really feel the burn.  I normally do the Insanity/Asylum dvd's but my dr. advised me that they are too high impact.  The body pump comes with a step, attack and combat cardio discs if you order the cross training deluxe........hope this helps

I just received her dvd form Amazon the other day.  I did a bunch of research and this was the top rated for sure.  Haven't popped it in yet, but when I do, soon I hope, I will let you know how it is!
