I have heard different things from different people, my friend swears by Tums, but my dr's "ok" list says liquids work best.

So what do you ladies use, if anything?

Tums. I would have vomited thick liquids in 1st Tri.

I found out that drinking a glass of juice or milk makes my gas pains go away.
