Prenatal yoga near Avon/Canton?

Does anyone know of any classes in this area?  I live in New Hartford and cannot find anything closer than West Hartford!  TIA!

I could not find any classes close to me either...so I bought a dvd and I do it at home.  If this is something your interested in they have the dvd at target.  Hope this helps

I live in New Hartford too!

 There may be prenatal yoga through the yoga place in  Collinsville, but I never tried it. I was taking a great yoga class in Brodie Park before I got pregnant and I can't wait to resume once I have this baby in a few weeks...you should try those classes once you have your baby too!
