Hi! I know this board has many avid workout addicts like me! I am currently 32 weeks and miss my body.. still running but no where lke pre-prego.
Anyways I am leaning towards FF baby bc I have to return to work rather quickly however my friends that have BF have lost the weight so quickly.
Has anyone FF or if anyone can give me your experince with getting back to wroking out after baby and how long it took to have body back...
