I took a regular yoga class and did research ahead of time on what was good for pregnancy. There were just a few things to avoid, and my instructor was happy to have me in the class and was very helpful. If there was ever a move included I shouldn't do she always had easy substitutions.
I loved prenatal yoga, it helped me a ton! If I was having hip pain yoga was sometimes the only thing that made it go away.
Not in the area you are looking at , but I go to Discover Yoga in Redmond. They have a couple of classes during the week as well as a Saturday 10:30 am class. I really like it. Class sizes vary. Sometimes there are 6-8 gitls and one time there were 25!
