Usually the tests say to start testing on CD10. Since this is your first cycle using OPKs, I suggest CD10 too. And later once you get used to using OPKs & charting you will see when you ovulate & you can cut back on a few days of testing with OPKs.

I agree with starting at day 10. The pack I bought told me to start at day 14 based on my cycle length (30 days), but if I had, I would have missed the positive on day 13.
