NE1 have an older model Aria Twin?

I'm sooooooooo confused. I purchased one from Craigslist only to find out that it does not accomodate a carseat. Peg Perego says only the 2008 models do. I thought I saw a post here before that there is a work-around. Any idea? Then, get this, I see another 2006 being sold on CL this morning the the descriptions says that it comes with a car seat strap to secure an infant carrier. I message the seller and ask "are you sure" this 2006 model takes a carseat and I explain to her my response from Peg. She said she still has the box that it came in and that this strap came with the stroller and that this strap fits onto the 5-point harness and secures the carseat nice and snug. Says she did it with her own infant when she used it a couple of years ago. Again, I call PP and the customer service rep is adamant about no >2008 models accomodating carseats. I'm sure she has to say that to cover her butt but if anyone knows of one of these straps I would love to know!!
