Ditto the others. It's just a blood draw. I didn't have the draws in my first pregnancy, but did in my 2nd and 3rd (DS). I opted out with my 4th (DD) because I think for some people (like me) they just cause more stress and panic than they're worth. Good #s don't mean you'll have a good pregnancy. So if your doc doesn't bring it up, I don't think it's worth requesting.
