My eye will not stop twitching!

It's been this way for at least a week.  I want to rip it off. 

Any cure for this?  I've been sleeping 7-9 hours a night so I don't think it's lack of sleep.

And I don't necessarily FEEL stressed but I guess I have quite a bit going on that could be making me stressed.

This was me about a month ago.  It made me crazy, then just as soon as it started it stopped.  I have no idea what was causing it, but it was SO annoying.

One of A's teachers told me that she used a vitamin to stop hers from twitching. I don't remember which one, but here's what my google search turned up:

Mine has done it when really stressed.  It once did it for over a month straight, but only when I was at work.  I found a new job and quit, and the twitching stopped.  I think it was just stress and annoyance, ha.
