Did I see someone post about this? What's the issue?
If there's not an issue, would you guys recommend them? We're trying to figure out how to take DD out and about during winter (ugh). We have a graco snugride.
SHan, did they have that in-store or did you have to order it? I have quite a few WM gift cards and this is something I will probably need soon (upstate NY, we had snow last night)
Yeah, I think it is warm. At first I thought it seemed kind of thin, but it is fleece inside and when I have taken DS out of it the last few days, he has been very toasty.

You can search if its in stores in your area. I just tried and there's none in 100 miles, and its out of stock online. I'm off to search if I can find it on amazon or somewhere else.

I had to order it, but I had it shipped to the store so it was free shipping. It says it is available in limited stores, but it wasn't in any around me.

They have it in pink on Amazon. Also Target says they will have it in 2-6 weeks.
I have an older version of this one and love it. The new version looks like it is improved quite a bit. You can get it at Target, they offer in grey w/ green piping or brown w/ pink piping. It has nylon on the outside and fleece on the inside. The nylon is great. If it rains or snows it won't stay wet all day.
I have the BundleMe and I make sure the straps are lined up. It has been freezing here already (North Dakota) and the BundleMe keeps DD warm and toasty. I had picked up one of the Walmart ones and it didn't feel warm enough for me (I guess I just keep on thinking what the weather will be like in Jan and Feb when we are constantly below zero it seems like). One thing I like about the BundleMe over all of the other ones is that once we get into the car we just pull it down a little and DD can get her hands out to play with her toys.
The possible safety issue is that with certain car seats the openings may not line up with the straps and could interfere with the straps tightening. I have one with a Graco car seat and it lines up perfectly. The company has performed crash tests and found the Bundle Me to comply when used correctly. I just check the straps to make sure they are fully tightened. I decided to go with it because it seemed like the warmest option and I live in New England where warm is very important and I really don't think there's going to be any issue with her safety using it.
Re: Saftey issue with BundleMe's??
The issue I think is that they interfere with the straps on the carseat. We got this thing from Walmart and love it. It's much cheaper too.

Oh, that's nice! And it's nice and warm, you think?

We got this instead. ?It doesn't go below the straps, so it is safe:

We have the BundleMe, which I love, but I make sure that the belts are lined up each time I put DD into it. We also have the snugride.
