Super-sensitive hearing?

It seems like my hearing has gotten a lot better since I've gotten pregnant.  Hubby was watching a show on Netflix and he kept turning it down when I asked, but it still seemed REALLY loud. Even when I watch Netflix it seems like it's really loud.

 

Is it just me, or  has anybody else noticed it happening with them too?

I am convinced pregnancy gives us super enhanced senses in general lol.

I also feel like my hearing is better, my sight sharper, my sense of smell definitely stronger, my  sense of touch enhanced, and my taste (albeit different) may even be a bit better.

We just get knocked up and get super powers.

I don't think it is just you because I feel about the same.

I wish this was the case for me. I feel like I'm losing my hearing!

LOL.  Hubby is convinced that I have "super-human pregnancy strength."  I was putting my reading glasses away in my backpack, and accidentally hit them against my glass.  It scared him and he goes "Hun, you gotta watch that super-human pregnancy strength before you break something."  He's still convinced that I messed up my car door instead of the wind (I opened it the same time a HUGE gust of wind came and it screwed up my door for a little while).  LOL.

DH thinks I have super pregnancy hearing as well.  We used to always have our TV set at or around a certain volume, but for the last few months I've had to have it set about 6-7 notches lower or I feel like my ears are going to explode.  I think that the TV just got louder, lol.

Yeah I have to agree, and my eyes are much more sensitive to light

I am this way.  Watching a movie in a theater nearly kills me because its SO LOUD.  Also, with DD I couldn't even stand to watch fire works.  My senses are definitely hightened.
