I didn't even think about teething causing Will's sleep issues.
It makes sense. Last week he was running a fever and had a really snotty nose, things we had seen when his first molars were coming in. He didn't have any other symptoms and was totally fine with a little Tylenol.
Re: Share your child's teething symptoms.
restless sleep, runny nose, rash (sometimes), cough (especially when the uppers are coming in), crankiness.
Some people will say that these are not signs of teething, but actually a cold, I disagree.
With DD, sinuses were awful, runny nose, etc. Restless & not sleeping & crabtastic at bedtime.
When DD's 2yr were coming in she was able to tell me her mouth/teeth hurt. Would he know if you asked him?
Disgusting diapers for a week
Runny nose
Bad sleep
Drool galore
Chewing/biting everything in sight
He has been a suckarific teether from the time his first 2 teeth showed up. I am SOOOOOOOOO glad that this molar was the last one. At least when his 6 year molars show up he will be able to tell me that his mouth hurts.
