I've been having trouble sleeping at night...I think because I can't get comfortable. I'll wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning and have cramps in my stomach/side. It feels like a stretch cramp if that makes sense. I think it's because I'm not sleeping comfortably for the growing belly. They go away in a minute or so after I leave that last position. Something to call the OB about? Think I need to worry?

happens to me all the time. it's your body's way of telling you to change positions. It's probably stretching/growing pains or just the added weight shifting and being displaced in your abdomen. It gets worse as you get further along.
Do you have an appt soon? I'd bring it up then. If not I'd call. It seems like when I bring up the pains/cramps the OB always says it's normal.
This is your body's way of getting you ready for sleepless nights after the babies come.
My appt. is next Thursday and I have the same thing FancyCat.....every time I tell him about some pain or another he tells me it's normal and it's just stretching/growing!
