Not sure how I am supposed to feel about this..

Ok so this week has been and emotional roller coaster, Tuesday i went for my 1st doctors appointment and they said everything looked good but i needed to get an ultrasound to figure out how far along i was since i didn''t know the date of my last period, so in the middle of the night on wednesday i woke up with weird cramps that just felt like bad gasand i started bleeding like a heavy period and i passed a clot the size of a ping pong ball, of course i paniced!! Sorry if it's TMI. So,Thursday i went for an ultrasound and I had to get an internal because she said she couldn't find anything at first. After the internal she found the sac and what she said could be the baby, we couldn't hear the heartbeat but she said not to worry about that because it could still just be to early to tell but it looks like i am about 5-6 weeks.. What really is worrying me is that that they said the shape of the sac is irregular that it is very close to my cervix. They said it looks like i could be headed towards a miscarriage but i didn't have one yet. They scheduled my for another ultrasound on Tuesday to see if anything changes. Since then i have been spotting non-stop and it's Sunday i haven't had any cramps though, so i'm not sure what to think or how to feel, I asked the doctor if there was even a chance that things could turn out ok and all she said was "don't get your hopes up". It's so horrible to be so confused and have no control over it. Thanks for reading I needed to vent

I don't really know what to say except that I'm so sorry you're going through this and I really hope it turns out well for you. I guess this is one of those situations where you just have to hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. Best of luck to you!!

I am so sorry you are going through this. Fingers crossed that baby is okay!
