Independant baby

Whitney is so content to play by herself.  I will sit down to play with her, and half the time she will ignore me or pay limited attention to me. Anyone else have a baby like that?

DD plays by herself most of the day. I try, but she wants nothing to do with me. I hate seeing posts about how if you're a SAHM you should spend X amount of time playing with your child every day. It makes me feel guilty, but I know there's nothing I can do. She's just not a clingy baby, never has been.

JT does let me play with him - when I leave him alone he gets into mischief ALWAYS. Like right now - I'm on the computer and he's pulling things off of the counter.

Mine is half and half. She's really into opening and closing and is content to do it on her own but likes it way better if it's a combo with peekaboo. She'll purposefully get into trouble when she wants attention.

Aiden was at that age. He likes to have me play more with him now or do crafts etc. When Aiden goes to morning church time on Tuesdays or Thursdays and we don't have errands to run Em loves to have the whole play room to herself. If she wants me its to be held, fed or put down for nap, not to play.
