DD breasts

I  noticed that under DD nipples there is a little pea sized lump. One on each side.  Anyone  else notice this  about their child? I asked the ped & she said it's hormones left over from me. I never noticed it till a few weeks ago. When she was 1st born her nipples where a bit raised & the ped said that  was hormones. Now they are flat but she has these lumps.

That's what my pedi said.  DD's breasts are still puffy.
