Anybody deliver at Mercy Fairfield?

I asked the OB I saw last week this question, but I guess she was in a hurry, and I didn't really get a straight answer. I've never done this before, so it's probably a stupid question, but when I'm in labor, and I'm ready to go to the hospital, am I supposed to go straight to labor and delivery or to the ER or someplace else?

I was induced and was to arrive at midnight.  Since the main entrance was closed, I was instructed to enter through the ER.  We walked in the ER doors, told them we were there for an induction and they sent us up to L&D. 

If you go into labor while the main entrance is still open, just go in those doors and they'll direct you to L&D.  If it's after hours, enter through the ER doors and head up to L&D.
