OH MY GOODNESS! I love Gemma! DH doesn't, so I will never get to use it. I agree that you could find a MN that flowed better with Gemma, but if Lee is significant, just go with it.

They are all pretty close. Good thing I don't need to decide anytime soon
Gemma is actually the name of my OB and I have loved the name since the first time I heard it. However, Lee is actually our last name so if it doesn't flow well I should probably just nix it *sigh*. Thank you for the opinions ladies!

Gemma Lee is nice, but kind of sound like Emily, which bothers me.
Elena Lee just doesn't "flow" as well IMO.
I love Gemma but I don't love it paired with Lee. I had the same thought as Hannah- sounds like Emily.
Also I'm not sure how popular Gemma is going to become after Kristin Davis chose this name for her baby... and not sure if that even matters to you.
