Red circle of veins in eye

I just noticed last night that one of my boys has this circle of red blood veins in his left eye off to the side.  It doesn't seem to bother him at all & the rest of his eye is fine. Is this something I should be concerned about or could it just be a busted vein from straining or something?? He has been a little consitpated lately, but nothing to where he's grunting or crying. Any advice would help. Thanks!!

I noticed this in Martin recently. I think it's either due to straining or an accidental nick while they're rubbing their eyes.
