DD had horrib;e colic so we could never put her down. Which ws no big deal since we could always hold her. With #2 that is not an option. I have a travel PNP, but do you think I need a full size one too?
I had a full sized one that I used when DS was little...I needed it because I had to put him down a lot more often than DD...I've never seen a travel pnp...is it a lot smaller than a full size? I used the bassinet insert when ds was first born...after a while I used it primarily for changing (we have 2 floors and I couldn't be bothered going upstairs to change his diaper... I'd say, as long as you feel like #2 will be safe in the travel one while you attend to #1 and other household things...don't go out and buy a new one
I never use my pnp.. not with # 1 and not with #2. ?I just put # 2 in his bouncer, or in the bassinet if I needed to tend to dd. ?I think a travel pnp would be fine
It is helpful to have a place to set the baby when #1 need attention. Swings, bassinets, bouncy chairs etc. But I don't see why you'd need a bigger PNP (unless you travel and both kids will need one, we put the little one in a laundry basket the one time). And you'll have to get used to letting the little one cry a bit if the big one really needs something and visa versa.
