So mad at myself re:noy asking more questions at my mfm appt today!

I see an mfm for other reasons and she is who will deliver dd (also delivered dd #1). So far things have been fine with this pregnancy. I am 25w today. At the end of my u/s she asked the nurse if I have been scheduled for my gd test yet, which I had set up already for after my appt. She said the baby was measuring bigger than she has been (3 days ahead) and that my amniotic level was elevated. I didn't ask waht the level was. When she yold me she did not sound concerned and I didn't think much of it. However, while doing my gtt test I decided to google it. Dumb! Anyone else deal with this? I will be asking my nurse more questions when she calls with my test results.
