Rolling pains/gas pains?TMI

Hi Ladies

I am two days shy of 11 weeks as of today.Today morning when i woke up i had little bit of rolling pain in my stomach.After five minutes it started again.It was like something rolling up and down in my stomach and almost going down till my butt.The pain was not so bad but it was enough to make me sit down.I almost felt dizzy from this rolling feeling (not from the pain though).It stopped once i had a bowel movement.Could this pain be coming as a result of gas?Has anybody had it?Should i call my doctor and go in for a check up?

You answered your own question. You had to poop, and there was probably gas buildup, too. Why would you go to the dr for this?
