Teeth and pre-schoolers?

Nolan is miserable. All he will tell us is that his mouth hurts. with all of the crap going around, I thought he meant his throat. Nope, looks good. Then I was thinking maybe he had a canker sore... nope again, so He let me take a peek at his teeth, and his back gums seem to be swollen. He has all of his front teeth, and two pre-molars. Is it possible he is getting his first molar at age 3? I have read age 6 is about when it starts. Anyone else have experience?

Sophie just had her first dentist visit on Friday and he gave me a chart of what teeth come at what age and he said those molars would be next.  Fun times for you I guess   I hope they pop through quick and he doesn't have too much more discomfort.
